An omnichannel commerce product offers a unified platform that contains all the tools necessary to run multiple channels (online, mobile, in-store, social media, etc.). This helps maximize potential customer touchpoints and minimizes potential backend efforts. Any commerce business can benefit from an omnichannel solution, but it is most advantageous when combining online and brick-and-mortar channels, which are typically run very differently.
