**What do you like best about angularjs?**

The best feature of angularjs is two way data binding. Using this feature, I don't have to manually update the UI or worry about the data not being reflected whenever the data changes. It is very suitable for large project so I use it frequently for my ecommerce client. Beside these, its very easy to write Angularjs code and also We can reuse the code in different parts of my application.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

It is not at all suitable for small project. This is the only drawback of AngularJs according to me.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is one of the best javascript framework available for web development in the market and it takes care of many of the details of web development such as data binding and dependency injection etc.

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

The best thing about angularjs is I can reuse the code because of it's component based architecture. And also there is no need to maintain different files for JavaScript and HTML. We can easily build the JavaScript logic using the html views.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

At present angularjs is outdated because latest version of angular is too good.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

angularjs is helping to do the development easily with less effort because I already have components just because of reuse ability of components I have to only at the right place. Also the community of Angularjs is very vast which helps me to get the work done easily

**Reviewed by:** Ajay R. | Shopify Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2023

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

Angular JS is a fantastic JavaScript framework. As a developer, I write only a word as a directive & it finishes the work with that. Using this we can keep our code clean and it takes the bare minimum lines to do even comprehensive tasks.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

I do not like the time when I have to use type-safe languages like Typescript along with angular. People who are not good with Typescript might have a few issues working with this. Also, angularJs is a gigantic framework for learning completely

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am developing software using angular js & which completes comprehensive tasks with its directives & routings. The documentation & community of angularjs is very helpful & great.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohana K. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2023

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

The first thing I like most about angularjs is it is open source. It is very convenient to build SAP applications. The best part in angularjs is its division of the web into three: Data, View, and Controller. Because of this feature, We can easily understand, build and maintain our code. Another feature I like about angualrjs is "two-way binding", Which can bind the data and view at a time. If we want to change in data, it automatically changes in view so that the development time can be decreased. By using angularjs CLI, we can generate components, services efficiently and it provides re-usable components. The regular updates for angulajs make tasks easy for developers by introducing new features.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

The only thing I dislike about angularjs is the directives present are difficult to use, and some features, like dependency injections, are difficult for developers.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is beneficial for developers to build websites and applications. angularjs has tools primeng, angular material and is solving the problem of building applications efficiently by using these materials. It benefited me in my work to learn and implement in the projects to build web applications. It is beneficial to use the HTTP calls to get data from the backend and for integration of data. I was also learning angularjs to upskill in my carrer.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

Framework is heavy compared to other lightweight framework available such as React and vuejs. Performance is not that great if you compare with other frameworks. Featurewise also it lacks. Componentbased architecture is missing. Less fast compared to other frameworks.

Therefore, a person starting out with it or needing help with their specific problem and domain will find plenty of guides and resources online due to its sheer age, the peak popularity of its time, and large eco-system.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

Uses javascript with older versions not even supporting newer ES6/7 features and subsequently difficult to debug not only due to the lack of modern language features but also a lack of robust state management like angular 2+ which has built-in support for rxjs therefore not very scalable for large applications.

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

Not recommended to be used for any new projects.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing as of now but we built our company's first enterprise UI version in angular js which had a ployrepo architecture that allowed us to use different angular versions for each module and each module was then published as an npm package and integrated into the main/core UI repo that used angular js 1.5x and was shipped as the main UI app with the actual product.

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

It's really easy to integrate Angularjs with other frameworks and libraries like jQuery or bootstrap; you can mix and match these functions as they all rely on javascript and you don't have to worry about compatibility like with modern frameworks

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

although it is a great tool that is soon to be outdated (Already outdated if you are reading this after December 31, 2021) Google won't provide updates, not even for critical stuff like security

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

This was a great tool, but you shouldn't be looking forward to implement this on newer systems since it is soon going to be deprecated, and you won't get updates, not even for critical things like security

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Progressive system migrations from Jquery to AngularJs, we wanted something more powerful than jQuery back at the time but we couldn't afford to migrate all the system and then launch we needed something that could be integrated by steps

The ability of angularjs to use route and http interceptors along with how we manage the data by validations . and its ability to store data in local storage and cache for later use . It's caching mechanism is also good one

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

Error messages needs to be more clear to understand and how to fix the same issues . Multiple times the errors thrown by angulars are not relevant with actual errors which we have to fix.

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

I would recommendate using angularjs if you want to create single page applications and if you want to have state management ability then you can integrate related packages

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used angularjs created real time and dynamic pages to show users data as they are updated in the background . Also we have used the angularjs in the project to fill up forms related to multiple features with proper validations and send the data to back end server after proper validation . Also we have used angularjs to validate the token value by using http interceptors and it required fetch new token using refresh token .

Most important thing in any kind of tutorial/lecture that it should be able to help the student to visualize problem statement so that same can be compared to real time and people can solve it. This tutorial was one of those qualities.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

Debugging angular js code is somewhat kind of headache. There should be some proper design pattern angular js should follow which new versions of angular have like MVC etc..

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse S. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2016

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

Angular's biggest benefit for our team was in providing an intelligent way to provide structure around application logic. Got a page for tracking incoming sales? Separate logic out into TransactionController + TransactionService, with directives for shared components.

It has also been around long enough that it has an excellent community with well-maintained modules, making it easy to get productive right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

We still use Angular for internal projects, but the learning curve in more advanced use cases (understanding the complexities of the digest cycle, setting up a $watch, $scope.$apply(), the difference between 'link' and 'compile' functions in directives, etc) has led us to adopt React for customer-facing projects.

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

We still use Angular for internal projects, but the learning curve in more advanced use cases (understanding the complexities of the digest cycle, setting up a $watch, $scope.$apply(), the difference between 'link' and 'compile' functions in directives, etc) has led us to adopt React for customer-facing projects.

I wouldn't recommend Angular 1.x over React for new projects for most teams, although it continues to be an excellent and well-maintained framework. Angular 2.x is a completely different beast, and a step in the right direction, but I haven't had the opportunity to work with it at scale.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our use of Angular has been restricted to our internal CMS for managing sales, customer relations, and other business interests. As an internal-facing product, it's often been subject to frequent requests to tweak this or that, add small features here and there, etc; and the architectural structure Angular encourages (when used right) have allowed us to implement those requests quickly and relatively painlessly.

  ### 48. AngularJS: the useful framework for creating a single page web.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

I could say that one of its best features is that when you start creating your own Web components, you can use custom event parameters and controls that can be reused and easy to maintain, being your data link system easily extensible and very complete. Allows you to do almost anything you want. AnjularJS makes the user interface clean and clear so developers can make their codes readable and usable. It is a tool with great ease of use and deployment.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

I think that there are not many things that I don't like about AngularJS, except that its learning curve is a bit impregnated for some, especially if you don't have much knowledge. Its fragmentation is somewhat confusing and it could be easy to make mistakes that could affect its performance.

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

Truly AngularJs is a great tool being very dispensable for both companies and developers, very easy to use if you have the knowledge, but if you really work with a large amount of data and if you want to create easy filter solutions that You can apply instantly, I strongly suggest and recommend that you use AngularJS compared to other frames.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using AngularJS for the creation of Web applications for some clients and there is no better tool that is, where video projections are shown, some interactive campaigns on social networks, this tool has energized and maximized our work, has allowed us to work faster No need to sacrifice content so development time is reduced. In addition, the model-view-controller pattern allows modules to be developed and tested separately.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amisha C. | US technical recruiter, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2019

**What do you like best about angularjs?**

1. As it is JavaScript framework and execute in client side so it is very fast and used to develop single page applications.
2. Now after introducing AngularJs and promoted and managed by Google it self you will not face any problem to manage your HTML page, I mean now you can make your logic separately and can make your DOM more clean and clear.
3. You can now get and print your data in UI side by the help of models and directives, You can get the sent the data in JSON format which is so much fast and secure.

**What do you dislike about angularjs?**

1. There is still some directives should be introduced as in AngularJs there is ng-if but do not have ng-else.

**Recommendations to others considering angularjs:**

1. If you want to develop a single page application with high performance and with code manageability then AngularJs is here for you.

**What problems is angularjs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. I used it to develop single page applications.
2. It helps me to develop my application faster and secure with the reusable code.
