What do you like best about Anedot?

Anedot has been a wonderful company to work with. Their backend software never seems to have glitches, it's easy to see what has been given and with their new donor support page, I don't have to intercept changes donors want to make. Additionally, as each person gives, we receive an email that allows us to immediately respond to donors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anedot?

As is the case with any type of donation service, donations come in one lump sum and not in real time, so when we have individual donations, mixed in with corporate, it take a bit of time to split those out in accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely consider Anedot. In a world full of impersonal corporations, Anedot both has the skill and heart to run their business well and treat their customers respectuflly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anedot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a company that could make online giving easy and seamless. Anedot delivers. It's VERY easy for people to give online. The few times I have even had to speak to someone in customer service, they have been a dream to work with. What do you like best about Anedot?

I love that I can pull reports consistent with my state's public finance rules. I don't have to reconcile what has gone through and what hasn't like I had to with PayPal, and I don't have to pay fees as large as I had to with PayPal and Act Blue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anedot?

I would like the text to donate function to allow you to choose a phone number that incorporated the campaign name, for example, 800-VOTETYE. I would also love a QR code scan option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anedot solving and how is that benefiting you?

I spend less time doing data entry and more time working on pressing campaign tasks. We have eliminated the $1,000 cost of remit envelopes and are able to practice what we preach about minimizing printed materials to be more conscious the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anedot?

Sometimes when setting up a new account, you have to wait for them to call you to verify information and then have the underwriting processed. While I understand this for a new account, it can be kind of a hassle and unnecessary when creating a sub-account. Also there is a requirement that two verified users have to be listed under an account. For limited organizations this can be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
