Anecdotes is a great solution for organisations beginning their compliance journey. It is a very easy to use platform which automatically has pre-built connectors to our internal tools the team utilises. The team is incredibly responsive and helpful for onboarding and guiding us through check-ins on ensuring we remain on track and focused to achieve compliance across multiple frameworks.

Every interface and dashboard is very user-friendly and feels slick and modern. The presentation is clear and helpful. There is a solid coverage across most of the compliance frameworks and standards and I can see exactly what controls are still not covered with a click of a button.

My favorite part about Anecdotes is Risk Management. I never thought I could enjoy managing risks this much with how simple it is and how pleasant on the eyes and easy to track and react to risks changing.

Anecdotes also does a very good job integrating with different tools and Cloud systems with their stack of ready plugins already quite comprehensive and how quickly they are able to add new integrations is very impressive.

Besides the product itself, I have to say I very much enjoyed meeting and working with every single Anecdotes employee so far. They have all been very friendly, helpful, and expedient in identifying and solving my needs as well as prioritizing things that matter to me and my company on their roadmap. Anecdotes is not a complete GRC solution yet, so there are some components currently missing, such as third-party management. You would need to use a different GRC product for that.

Also, while Anecdotes supports a high number of accounts that can be connected from major cloud providers, connecting each one of their individual components does take some time, so it would be easier if there was a way to connect everything at the org level with a CFT script or similar. This is an encompassing solution. I have worked with many companies in the past and know the challenges they face - this is the first solution I have found that addresses them properly. Besides the huge advantage of automating work that I previously would have had to do manually (collecting screenshots and files from different systems, for example), the platform also offers policy templates and other files that save me a lot of time and make my job easier.
