I'd be happy if Anecdotes would work in any browser, it currently works only in Chrome.

The intuitive and ease of use was something the team has put a lot of thought and effort into, it was immediately apparent. The interface is clean, and easy to use with minimal nonsense distractions. The plug-in system to connect our cloud-based tech-stack was as straightforward as one can ask for, with detailed and to-the-point instructions where little room for error was left. Where the product shines, is sometimes the same spot where it shines not as brightly. Some of the contextual interface options are hidden too well, with the document management system being the main offender. Having a separate document management screen is great, but in other evidence and compliance screen is was not obvious you could manage the evidence from the existing pool of documents you have already uploaded. However, this slight shortcoming was quickly addressed by a customer success representative who quickly pointed out and explained.

Another minor shortcoming was the lack of cohesive error messages when a plug-in fails, the terminal-like debug window outputted the raw error message from the service API, with little context or meaningful information, the support team was quick to recognise the issue and solve it however.
