We were able to get up and running quickly and saw value from the automation and other features very early on. We also enjoyed the policy templates in the policy manager. **What do you dislike about Anecdotes?** There isn’t much we don’t like. Any time we encountered an issue or had a question, the Anecdotes team was quick to respond and guide us through it. **What problems is Anecdotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** We purchased anecdotes because it was important to us to establish an InfoSec program in the organization and to begin our SOC 2 process, early on. The ability to give auditors access to the platform and to communicate with them on each control has made the audit process a lot more efficient and smooth. **What do you dislike about Anecdotes?** On the few occasions, I had a comment, the team worked swiftly to find a solution. **What problems is Anecdotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using anecdotes to manage our first audit.
