Andrea is the forecasting engine of AIDATAPME, a data and AI consulting firm for e-commerce SMBs, founded by Flavio Durante, machine learning engineer specialised in time series. We design custom forecasting architectures for catalogue-based online retailers (hundreds to tens of thousands of SKUs, on Shopify, PrestaShop or an in-house platform) that want to run purchasing, stock and cash from forecasts rather than spreadsheets: demand and stock per SKU, new products without history, customer churn and returns, cash flow. Andrea is not self-service software. It is configured and trained on each client's real data, calibrated on supplier lead times and replenishment constraints, and delivered within a three-step engagement: 1. Diagnostic: analysis of sales history, catalogue velocity, seasonality, sales lost to stockouts, dormant stock and campaign effects. Deliverables: analysis report, results presentation, proposed technical architecture, feasibility and ROI opinion. Read-only access, no change to your systems. 2. Build and integration: secure connection to your data sources (store, ERP, marketing tools), several architectures tested and the best one kept, field test, then production inside your existing tools, or an interface provided if you have none. 3. Subscription: forecasts recalculated every night, accuracy monitoring, seasonal recalibration and a direct line to the founder. One point of contact from data analysis to production code, no subcontracting. Every recommendation can be explained and audited. Client data is hosted on Google Cloud, europe-west1 (Belgium), in an isolated environment per client. Pricing on quote, after a first conversation.
