Recommendations to others considering Andovar: Be very careful about accepting jobs from this agency—they are unprofessional and are a disappointment to the industry. It was the first time I received a translation project with the number Work\_AP2640\_OPP47137, and the project manager was Sheikh Nurani. He had told me I wouldn’t need to issue an invoice, but that I should just count 45 days from the project submission date, and I would receive payment. After submitting the project on May 13, I began experiencing communication issues with the PM, which made it difficult to obtain a PO. Later, when the payment deadline arrived, the PM told me to contact the Accounts Payable department, but that department hasn’t responded to my emails for the past 3 weeks. I remember asking for my bank details; I sent them, but they never got back to me. So far, I haven’t received a response from the PM, the Support Team, or Accounting. I'm struggling with Andovar, as they are not being professional like they used to be. They don't know how to process projects efficiently. Andovar has not been paying their translators and vendors for the work they have been providing in the last four months. That's completely unprofessional. If there's a problem, it's a nightmare because they resend the same message over and over without clear information, or just ghost you. I do not wish to continue working with this agency unless they completely change the way they treat their vendors and their communication channels. I really appreciated Andovar's project management because it made the process smooth and worry-free for us. I only had to send over our materials and have a short call, and then they took care of everything, which was really nice since we didn't have time to manage the project ourselves. The translation team did a great job with the delivery in Latin Spanish, especially considering our training materials are full of acronyms that need to be consistent. This was a crucial need for us, and the translations worked very well for our customer, getting good reviews. We were happy with how it evolved to help us expand our business in the area. Also, the combination of AI and real person review they promised was impressive and the fact that this person was based in Latin America was a big plus. I really appreciated how fast Andovar worked. Once everything was set and agreed upon, they delivered the translations in under two weeks, which is extremely fast and very helpful for getting things done shortly before a game launch. The communication was also incredibly pleasant and forthcoming. I also found it really nice that they are able to provide services for voice acting and can localize the game audio, not just the text. If the main point of contact is absent, they always make sure that I have another contact who will answer me and who has the same level of knowledge of the project as his colleague.
