The set-up is great. You get assigned a single point of contact. They get the brief and act as your Account Manager - they coordinate everything that needs to be done. If you need fast and accurate translations you should be talking to them. They are process & milestone driven. Their team works across timezones so they are working while you sleep. What problems is Andovar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a number of translations that needed to be done that we coming from disparate sources; pretty much each one had its own file format. We were on a tight deadline for the launch of our app & our other translators were dragging the chain. Andovar took everything we had across all formats and just got on with the job. What do you like best about Andovar?

Quality needs good amount of improvemnt specillay on the functional version.

Very basic issues skipped by Andovar QA team that can be easilty captured at your end to save lot of time.

Audio recording is having too much delay, you send Alpha very quicky, but when it comes to audio recoridng (Beta version) you take lot of time.
