What I appreciated was the quick and consistent communication, as well as the ability to manage Rise courses and Canva projects directly through your own accounts. Different people handling the quoting and the actual translation project after quote approval — which, in my opinion, leads to a lack of overall visibility and consistency in the process. I’ve often had to revise quotes myself because they varied significantly without any clear reason. As you need someone do to do translation services you can't fully get internal or additional translation review to be correct translations.
