They systematically develop a termbase which provides a list of terms which are industry specific or common which needs to be 100% correct.

Not much to say here. I would suggest a further vetting of language term bases with additional translations.

Really work on the termbase and make sure these are correct. Get second translation services to make sure these terms are correct or get internal native language personnel to help with the translations.

Probably not a problem with Andovar but just the difficultly of getting viewed. As you need someone do to do translation services you can't fully get internal or additional translation review to be correct translations. We have had some issues but if there is some process to further vet translations and making things are 100% correct.

A very responsive team that shares regular updates on progress and delivers on time. Also for my monthly newsletter translations, my account Manager, Naomi & Nora, proactively check in with me for documents and has the linguistics team ready to complete it before my publishing deadline. I have also had situations, where they has been really understanding and accommodating with minor edits/ changes and changing deadlines, that have had to be made to translated documents, because of additional reviews conducted on the materials.
