Andela offers a variety of wonderful clients to work with. They care a lot about finding good clients and provide support to their own employees. What do you dislike about Andela? Not a problem but something to keep in mind. Andela calculates salaries based on working days and not the full month, this means taking a day off would deduct more money from your salary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Andela solving and how is that benefiting you? Andela solves the problem of connecting individual engineers with companies that need them. Once in the network you'll be able to apply for the various clients and work with them. What I like best is how they address and streamline the process for you to engage with their clients. As an Andela talent, if a client is interested in your profile, they will assist you through the entire engagement process, from interview preparation to finalizing the necessary paperwork once you're good to start. Likewise, it's comforting to know they'll mediate any issues that arise: You share your feedback with them, and they'll handle the communication with the client in the best possible manner. Since Andela's salary calculation is based solely on working days instead of the full month, taking a day off can significantly reduce your monthly pay, and that might discourage you from taking time off at all. In addition, I'm not a fan of the fact that some of the tools they provided were replaced over time, requiring us to adapt to new ones. For instance, the shift from Slack to Andela Chat, Deel to Andela Pay, and from Andela emails to personal emails for platform login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It simplifies the administrative aspects of international employment (such as paperwork and payments), as well as provides guidance and support throughout the talent's engagement.
