Andavor provides AI and an app for sales and customer service management, with its own AI trained for sales across different levels of customer service. Andavor’s AI attendant talks with your store’s customers on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and your website chat. It answers with the real prices and stock in your catalog, remembers what the customer already said and, in messaging channels, builds the order and, once your tools are integrated, quotes shipping and charges in your own payment account. The money goes straight to you. You stay in charge: take over any conversation whenever you want, decide when the AI passes a conversation to your team, choose its hours and channels, and every answer keeps a record of what was checked. No coding and no flows to draw: connect your channels and catalog (WooCommerce or the dashboard’s catalog), tell it how your store sells and teach it with your website, documents and images. Works with WordPress and WooCommerce (plugin), Shopify, Wix, Nuvemshop, Tray, Loja Integrada and custom sites. Plans from R$100/month, with 14 days free on Personal, no setup fee and no long-term contract.
