from a development director stand point, the information I need to connect with donors is not readily available, this is more about pledging. i want to be able to record my conversations and communications about donors, the affiliation with us, etc. i don't find that very easy or accessible with Andar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard is well laid out, easy to understand. Can pull effective reports. Easily search and find donors. Can use the system to send mass emails as well as setup custom fundraising sites. Where to begin. It's clunky. Does not come cloud based although I think you can pay for an app version. Dashboard is barely customizable and missing key stats that my team needed. Not user friendly and extremely hard to navigate. Unless someone guided me through the process, I could never figure out how to pull reports I needed nor did I feel confident that the reports were accurate.
