Anchor is a one-stop shop for all things Onboarding. It allows me to set my agreement terms and save them so they automatically attach to each proposal I send. The proposals are easily customizable and I can create as many services as I need to with different prices which can also be changed or discounted at the time of proposal. It's user-friendly and my clients seem happy with it. The clients are also able to update their payment method themselves and Anchor relieves me of having to receive their full account information. The payment deposits aren't next-day like they are with the other payment processor I use. However, as much as I'd love to get the payments next day, the reason I don't is because Anchor verifies that the payment has gone through before I get the deposit, which has saved me from getting payments withdrawn a couple days later for NSF. The fees Anchor charges are fixed and reasonable. This is the software that I use every time I have a new prospect. There is only one drawback that I've come across which is that if there is an active agreement with a client, they can't update their own email address. I was able to reach out and have customer service change it though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
