"Centralized, Faster, and Smarter RFP Management with Anchor"
5/5
What do you like best about Anchor?

The most impressive aspect of Anchor is their truly client-centric approach. They don’t just provide a product - they actively listen, iterate, and adapt to our specific needs.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which made adoption seamless for our team. At the same time, it’s highly flexible - it easily adjusts to our tone of voice and different RFP requirements, ensuring every response feels consistent and on-brand.

Another standout is the reliability of the content. Anchor leverages verified codebases, which gives us confidence in the accuracy and quality of our responses. Combined with their highly responsive customer support, this makes Anchor not just a tool, but a trusted partner in our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

There is very little to dislike, especially given how responsive and supportive the team is.

One area for improvement is the export workflow. Currently, we rely on manual steps to transfer content from Excel into branded Word templates, which can be time-consuming.

That said, the team has already provided a helpful workaround, and we’re confident this will continue to improve. A more streamlined and automated export process would further enhance efficiency and integration with our existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless RFI/RFP Responses and Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Anchor?

I use Anchor to respond to RFIs and RFPs more efficiently than manual effort. It has been so helpful in leveraging previously approved responses tailored to each set of requirements. The admins are very responsive to suggestions to enhance functionality and assist quickly if there's a problem. The translation AI in Anchor is greatly more enhanced than what we experienced with Responsive. Also, the initial setup of Anchor was much easier than with Responsive. Every time we use Anchor, it becomes easier to respond to RFIs and RFPs, which reduces the hours necessary for submission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

Nothing yet...the admins are very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate, Fast Security Questionnaires with Centralized Knowledge"
5/5
What do you like best about Anchor?

Anchor does a great job with security questionnaires, which are usually time-consuming to complete. The accuracy of the responses is better than I expected, especially for standard compliance questions. I also like that it centralizes knowledge from different tools in one place, so I’m not hunting around for the right information. Being able to generate customer-ready answers quickly is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

There are occasional gaps where the answers still need manual input, especially with newer topics. The initial setup and content syncing also require a bit of attention to get everything aligned. I’d also appreciate more customization options for how the responses are phrased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accelerates RFP Processes with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Anchor?

I love that Anchor eliminates manual RFP mappings. The system automatically interprets the entire RFP, irrespective of its complexity, identifies the requirements, and instantly suggests the most relevant responses based on our internal documentation. It reliably ingests and structures messy, inconsistent, or non-standard RFP formats, including spreadsheets, PDFs, and internal organization sites, and normalizes everything into a single structured workspace. This feature is a huge accelerator for us. The initial setup was quite easy, the Anchor team did an amazing job, and the overall installation was fast. With these features, I feel much more efficient when handling RFPs and RFIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

I like their basic dashboard buy I'd add additional KPIs that reflect the progress of the RFP generation, however this is not essential for the day to day work . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
