I like the snapshots of what is being asked from me in previous emails. I appreciate being able to have one place to look at what I need to follow up on. The feature to be able to mark something as done is also helpful, because sometimes it doesnt capture replies, or things were unofficialy completed and not eamiled. Sometimes the reminders are too late, I wished it could identify when something should be done by like the date in the email or deadline specified. Maybe if there were an option to customize notifcations routines, or customize emails from specific senders. It looks like they can keep track of phone calls/ texts but I dont know how to set that up. I don't think the actual platform is as accesible other than email notifications i receive. Reminders are all the way at the bottom, and thats not useful because the tips/reminders are great and maybe would be great if it's a more obvious reminder/tip - maybe a declutter edition. One of the best things about it is I can look at information directly from my WordPress dashboard with the use of a plugin and don't have to leave my website and login to see important information.
