What I like about Analytic Canvas is how it helps me quickly build SQL queries for GA4 BigQuery without overcomplicating things. It makes pulling the right data much easier, especially when I’m building out Looker Studio dashboards. It speeds up the whole workflow from data extraction to reporting. The learning curve is pretty high, and I am still figuring a lot out as I go. I do like that it also has an automation feature that helps streamline parts of the process. I'm data scientist so this tool basically used for data preparation , integrate all these thing and after that it will use for automations things for cost saving and optimisation and saving time as well. What do you dislike about Analytics Canvas? Definitely it is friendly interface but some time it requires more and more data for complex task and take more time to implement the thing . Analytics canvas is incredibly helpful for software professionals because it helps in extracting data and connect to other data sources, in a single line a perfect business intelligence tool to extract and analyse data from Google analytics. One downside of Analytics Canvas is that it can feel complex and a bit overwhelming, especially for new users or those without technical experience. Setting it up and working with its data transformation tools may take some time to learn, and it’s not always easy for people who are used to simpler reporting tools. My company began using this tool to solve the report sampling issues we were experiencing with Google Analytics. AC easily allows the user to pull non-sampled data by easily partitioning the data, aggregating it, and exporting it to whatever format suits you. We quickly learned AC was a powerful (and easy to use tool) that does a lot more than process Google Analytics data. It can be used to connect to many different sources, query the data, process and analyze it, and export it. The makers of this software are always innovating: their latest version of AC now makes it possible to automate the process of updating tableau packaged workbooks, among other things. Had some difficulties setting up the automated email feature, however that might be due to my company's email server configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Analytics Canvas: There are many software options out there that use a similar "canvas" user interface for data manipulation that are worth evaluating based on your needs. AC is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious companies who still expect powerful capabilities. If you are working with Google Analytics data, this is the best tool I know of.
