**What do you like best about Anagram?**

We are able to use this product to pull real time network benefits for patients.  This helps to provide very transparent services to the patient.  

**What do you dislike about Anagram?**

Patch is a new company and working on adding more insurances to the real time network benefits.  Currently VSP, Eyemed, and Spectera are on the list.  The rest will sure to follow in time.  

**What problems is Anagram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially started to use Patch due to us being excluded from particular Eyemed plans.  We have come to realize that we can offer those patients a premium product, more cost effective, and easier for the patient using Patch vs in-network benefits.
