"Lifesavers for shipping into Amazon FCs"

What do you like best about AMZ Prep?

They did what they said they would! It sounded too good to be true, but they delivered on their promise several times now. They are also very responsive over emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AMZ Prep solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using AMZ Prep's Middle Mile solution for shipping from our warehouse into Amazon Fulfillment Centers. It used to take me up to 3 months to get LTL shipments fully received and Available, especially post-Prime Day. If you're looking to outsource the headache of routing inventory into Amazon FC's, reduce Amazon inventory receiving times, and can justify paying a bit more for inbound freight (less than Amazon SPD, more than LTL freight), then AMZ has been a great partner. They also have capabilities to handle kitting, container de-stuffing, etc, and a number of different facilities across the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AMZ Prep has helped us smooth all of our inbound inventory logistics to Amazon FC's. Their middle mile program has reduced the overhead of sorting shipments in-house for us as well as cut the receiving time down significantly as compared to traditional LTL shipments. You're always going to have issues with inventory/distribution/fulfillment: the question is can you get a hold of a human quickly that can help you.

I've been working with Blair and team for years now. They have the coverage and capabilities of an enterprise solution but they maintain the responsiveness of a small company. I've referred multiple people to them and have yet to hear negative feedback.

If I had to pick something, it would be that early onboarding takes a little time to get into a flow — especially if you’re managing a ton of SKUs or custom needs.
