What do you dislike about AMS360?

When I’m in a customer’s profile, it can be difficult to access basic policy information, such as the home property address (depending on the policy). I also can’t copy and paste the policy details when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like that AMS360 is easy to use and makes it easy to find policy data. I appreciate the user experience and customer experience, which are quite intuitive and consistent. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like AMS360 for keeping client information and policy info in one place, which really helps with organization. The carrier download feature is a big plus because it saves time on policy entry and makes tracking much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that AMS360 offers great service and keeps our clients' data all in one place. The company downloads make our clients' info download to the system seamlessly. Being cloud-based was another reason for switching to it. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
