What do you like best about AMS360?

I use it to keep documents for the lifespan of the client, and it makes it easy to communicate with carriers and download policies from them and other programs. The drag-and-drop feature is also helpful and keeps everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

It’s too picky about finding clients (uppercase/lowercase, comma vs. no comma). It should let me look clients up by owner name, and it should also allow adding tags to the activity action drop-down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I like AMS360 for its depth and the fact that it offers lots of integration with websites, which helps me find good quotes for customers in the rater. The initial setup was a breeze, I'd rate it 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMS360?

I think the ability to edit activities in AMS360 would be nice. Right now, we have to duplicate them, which isn't ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AMS360?

I use AMS360 for everything, from customer information and policies to ID cards and certificates. I really like that there are no more paper files, and everything is accessible at the tip of our fingers. It's great that it stores all our files and applications, allowing us to save and reference our file activities whenever needed. What I like most about AMS360 is the ease of access with its user-friendly layout. The PL Rater link is extremely helpful as it seamlessly bridges all the insured and coverage information directly into the PL rating system. Setting it up was also extremely easy.
