There has not been any outages or downtime in the last year. **What do you dislike about AMS?** It is an on-premesis, server based software. In order for it to be used by remote workers, a VPN has to be established. Also, the GUI is very outdated. **What problems is AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our whole company is run on AMS. The company is good about building new modules or training on existing modules for what we are trying to acheive. ### 3.
