What problems is Amplitude Guides & Surveys solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot say enough positive things about CommandBar!
As our product has grown more complex over time, we’ve developed a need for a search tool to help users navigate easily. It was easy for our engineers to integrate CommandBar into our product, and I love that it’s easy for non-engineers to maintain. As a product designer, I can update the commands any time and continue improving our search without relying on engineering support.
Recently, we’ve also started using CommandBar’s nudges to announce new features and get user feedback on those launches. Our users love learning about new features within the product, and have asked for more updates to be announced this way. People have been pleasantly surprised that we can spin up a nudge in a matter of minutes, compared to multiple hours of engineering time to create something similar in-house. Our product team has also gotten valuable feedback on what users think about the things they’re launching, through ratings and free-text input. CommandBar’s admin console and analytics tools are very user-friendly and have everything we need to manage these easily.
As others have previously mentioned, the small but mighty CommandBar team truly prioritizes their customers and responds to questions super quickly. As just one example, I requested a Confluence integration so that our internal help center could be accesssed from within the search bar, and had zero expectations that they would support it anytime soon. They proved me wrong by having it up and running in about a week, and even followed up to let me know. That was really remarkable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
