Implementation is especially smooth for my team thanks to the CLI, which allows us to programmatically deploy new API specs from Git directly into the registry. This programmatic workflow is essential for our shift-left testing pipeline, and because it runs with every developer commit, we use the platform constantly. Policy testing is also straightforward and user-friendly. I don't have to worry about which gateway brand the API is running on, I simply test the policy and check for the expected 401 or 429 status codes. That level of universal governance is the platform's standout feature. Additionally, the API contract retrieval capability serves as my single source of truth, automatically preventing breaking changes. While I haven't needed to contact customer support myself, the platform has proven to be very stable, and the documentation is sufficient to get our automation up and running.
