**What do you like best about Ampian HR?**

The payroll management feature is relatively easy to understand and implement.
HR regulations and policies are well-defined.
The team is very professional and skilled.
Support is the feature which acts as a deal breaker.

**What do you dislike about Ampian HR?**

The user interface and experience can be made more intuitive.
People have to search or navigate a lot while looking for something on the platform.
When data is significant, I found that performance is getting hampered.

**What problems is Ampian HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll Management for all the employees.
Implementing and executing HR regulations and policies.
Compliance requirements.
Helping us setting the insurance benefits process.
