The continued engagement from the team. It's clear they are experts in their field whether that be in Sales, Engineering or CRM Analysis. The tool itself is very well designed with a user friendly UI. The transparency of the data processing is the best i've seen and it's made implementation and integration much easier. That wasn't as smooth as expected but the team at Amperity did lean in and address the issues. Timezones can be challenging too but as they build out a UK footprint this will improve I expect. Amperity's flexabilty and connetvity capabilities which is core to its ability to support marketing personalization and customer analysis & insights.
