It also captures/verifies a lot of registration information for us which speeds up our volunteer registration. **What do you dislike about Amiqus?** I don't find the dashboard view helpful so I would prefer it to open on the request list. Setting up the templates is quite fiddly. **What problems is Amiqus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes everything faster and clearer for the volunteers which means they can start their opportunity with less hassle and sooner. ### 3. Quite easy to use and to train people how to use. **What do you dislike about Amiqus?** More customisation of the email that clients receive for Amiqus (e.g. can't figure out how to take away the phone number and leave only an email so there is an odd gap in the email that is issued). Better explanation of flags. If a scan or PDF is used, we should be able to ask a client to re-take it and not allow progression. A very user-friendly platform and excellent customer service - and rapid implementation. Lots of opportunities to further improve the service line, particularly around internal recruitment / background screening and the team are very engaged with feedback and suggestions. Offering a number of ways to easily integrate with our ATS & HRIS system. **What do you dislike about Amiqus?** Some gaps around their ability to do referencing, but this is mainly due to that being a new service line.
