I find Amilia SmartRec incredibly easy to use. I also love how effective their staff is at resolving issues; they really do everything in their power to resolve problems quickly. The communication tools are fantastic for updating members and activities. The analytics feature is something I use daily as it makes it simple to provide report details to my Board of Directors and makes getting information really easy. It is hard for us to do the facility scheduling, but that is because we are a different beast. On top of having 4 pools we need to schedule out, we also have one of our pools that switch from short course yards to long course meters at different times of the day.
