Each deployment of amii is customised to match your service’s clinical practice guidelines, including treatment drugs, dose limits and checklists. ## amii Reviews ### 1. Astounding! I honestly could not be happier with AMII and the team from Pointing North. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Scott J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020 **What do you like best about amii?** AMII is an uncomplicated and versatile program. **What do you dislike about amii?** Truth is I've yet to find something about AMII I'm not happy with. Over the years I've used 3 different software programs and AMII is the easiest I've been apart of. **Recommendations to others considering amii:** I moved to Vanuatu in January this year to start my new position as the clinical manager for ProMedical ambulance service and one of my goals was to implement a digital patient care reporting system. In February the AMII team and I had our first Zoom meeting and within about 2 months my team were in training for the program. Pointing North set up a superb training program for my staff that consisted of Zoom meetings due to COVID-19 and hands on training with the tablet before moving to the PC based program. The program was spot on for my staff since using digital platforms aren't their strong point and English is also their second or third language. By the time we went "Live" with AMII on the road the staff were perfectly trained to use the program both tablet and on the PC. Pointing North and AMII built a thorough program to ensure success that was also supportive to our deficiencies. To say our organisation is happy with AMII is such an understatement! Not only will AMII improve our service delivery it will in turn ensure we save more lives. **What problems is amii solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. ProMedical has been completing paper based patient care reports for over 19 years. The best part of AMII for us is becoming digital. 2. The management team can now track case numbers, types of cases, treatments, patient outcomes, etc all in less time than the paper PCR. 3. Billing; with AMII are able to bill faster and track cases for billing much easier. 4. The part not realized yet is the ability to conduct research. We have 19 years of paper PCR's that would take someone years to search through.
