The automation features are excellent, handling job scheduling, material allocation, and real-time production tracking, which has saved our team a significant amount of time. Additionally, the integrations with ERP and CAD systems enable us to oversee multiple workflows from a single platform, while the real-time monitoring across all our facilities provides us with full visibility into our operations. What I value most is how AMFG simplifies complex processes and makes it easy for us to scale up production. **What do you dislike about AMFG?** Occasionally, we encounter minor bugs, especially when customizing workflows or attempting to generate more complex reports. Some areas of the interface can be somewhat cumbersome, and onboarding new team members often takes longer than anticipated because of the limited in-app guidance and documentation. I believe that providing more detailed step-by-step instructions and improved workflow visualization would significantly enhance the overall user experience. **What problems is AMFG solving and how is that benefiting you?** AMFG addresses the challenges of manual workflow management, limited visibility across various sites, and inefficiencies in production scheduling. By automating repetitive processes and providing real-time insights, it reduces errors, accelerates operations, and enables managers to make swift, well-informed decisions. The automation features have noticeably enhanced the efficiency of our factory floor. **What do you dislike about AMFG?** It can feel a bit overwhelming when you first use it — there’s a lot to explore. But once you get the hang of it, it’s worth it. **What problems is AMFG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using AMFG, updates were spread out across different systems, making it difficult to track everything efficiently. Our customers can request and receive quotes through an embedded online portal and with this we have been able to save time on such a simple task. The capability to choose from a digital inventory is really great when we process repeat orders, and our clients find this to be beneficial to them as well. On the back-end, the platform handles all order management and provides live progress updates for our customers as well, these update have created a greater change in how our clients work with us and the trust that they have in us as we can provide them with transparency. **What do you dislike about AMFG?** The pricing is quite high, but I think the number of features we don't use that the system offers can be justified for some. We also pick up bugs every now and then. **What problems is AMFG solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we started using AMFG, the way we handle quotes has completely changed. It’s helped us cut down on human errors and significantly reduced the time we spend on them, freeing up our team to focus on other critical tasks.
