I appreciate Amex GBT Egencia because it allows me to book everything on one platform and check multiple prices for flights, which is very convenient. I like the convenience and rates it offers. I also enjoy the customer service representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Egencia by Amex GBT?

I find Egencia easy to use to book all my business travel in one spot - flights, hotel, cars and within my companies' travel policies. It's super easy to add any of these or change for each trip. If you ever run into an issue pre or mid trip the support is fantastic. And I appreciate the trip reveipts. I also like being able to easily share trips and add to my calendars. What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?

Would like access to all receipts even when I pay direct for hotels or cars. I wish I collected points for all my trips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Egencia by Amex GBT?

I find Amex GBT Egencia easy and quick for booking travel. It requires no additional questions as it already has our preferred data. Booking is straightforward; I simply enter my email ID and password, and then choose the travel date and flight. It's really convenient to book with my Amex card.
