Each traveler you book for or manage needs to either have a profile set up, or they need to add you as an arranger, you cannot search itinerary numbers if you are not added to that persons account. It is easy enough to have them add you, but getting them to do it can be a bit time consuming and they have to be willing to do it. Many of the faculty that i work with don't enjoy extra steps. I love the organizational part of Amex GBT Egencia. It makes organizing travel really easy, allowing me to categorize and organize everyone.
