I find Egencia easy to use to book all my business travel in one spot - flights, hotel, cars and within my companies' travel policies. It's super easy to add any of these or change for each trip. If you ever run into an issue pre or mid trip the support is fantastic. And I appreciate the trip reveipts. I also like being able to easily share trips and add to my calendars.
