Its really so easy. Customer support is the best they are super responsive. I have never waited more than 24hrs for them to help me out and that for me is extremely important. The use has been great as I feel we have more visibility of whos traveling. **What do you dislike about Egencia by Amex GBT?** I cannot include resort fees for guests this creates friction with employees as they have to put their personal cards. Also, I would like reporting to be easier its hard to reconcile our amex with chages on Egencia at least if they could make this more transparent some times we spend a lot of time just looking for a chage or recipt.
