**What do you like best about American Medical EMR?**

AMS is well-established and has been around for three decades--so they have a track record and are probably not going anywhere. Technical support is easy to reach if you need help--they are great with keeping you abreast of updates and checking in whenever you have issues. Training is pretty good, and gets you and your staff ready to use the product. 

**What do you dislike about American Medical EMR?**

AMS is PC based, not web-based. They taut it as a benefit--that you own the data and you're more in control. I think it ultimately means higher prices, and less mobile compatibility. 

**Recommendations to others considering American Medical EMR:**

There are so many EHR softwares out there, I would compare the prices and features and go with what works best for your business. If you're old school and want strong customer service and an easy user interface, this software is a good choice. 

**What problems is American Medical EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is particularly easy to learn and operate. It provides an all-inclusive solution.
