AMELIE is a sales management system built for independent sales representatives and sales representation agencies in Brazil. It brings the clients of every manufacturer the rep works for into a single portfolio, plans the daily visit route in driving order, takes orders on site with each manufacturer's price list and a branded PDF, and checks commissions order by order and invoice by invoice. A client radar flags accounts that left their buying cycle, a client store takes orders 24/7 through a link, and smart import brings in clients, products and orders from spreadsheets and legacy systems. It also includes finance, taxes (with Brazil's tax reform explained for each case), an agency module with sales teams, targets and payouts, and an assistant that talks to the rep on WhatsApp. Works in the browser on phone and desktop, with a free trial.
