**What do you like best about AMCS Enterprise Management?**

It has a lot of features and functionality available to the user

**What do you dislike about AMCS Enterprise Management?**

Expensive, Customer service costs. Customer service is poor and lacking. Fleet management and maintenance programs are cumbersome, hard to use and frustrating.

**What problems is AMCS Enterprise Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a refuse company and we use it for billing and tracking of customers. Nothing more.

It keeps all our current customer billing and payments history. Integrates with operations software

Communication with the Credit Card merchant is not efficient
