**What do you like best about AMCS Digital Engagement?**

Billing is extremely seamless and has great redundancies built in that make it really hard to miss billing a customer. Mass processing of auto pay batches for customers saves an incredible amount of time. No "add-on" systems are necessary, with the exception of route optimization (manual optimization is very easy in AMCS Tower7 but there is not automatic/one-click optimization available without an additional purchase. Extremely customizable permissions for users across your organization.

**What do you dislike about AMCS Digital Engagement?**

Customer service on the sales team has really taken a nose dive in the last couple of years. Support is usually pretty helpful but also sometimes doesn't recognize the urgency that is caused by "one small area" experiencing a challenge.

**What problems is AMCS Digital Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One system where we can see all of our units physical location on one map, complete dispatching, mobile app for drivers ties into the system with no double entry required. Easy to track driver progress throughout the day. One person runs all of our billing for approx 2000 restrooms and 150 dumpsters in 30 minutes a day (we bill daily, but if you billed weekly or monthly you could accomplish the billing at that scale in less than 2 hours with one person once a month)
