The Ambition TVs give my team a way to recognize each other in real-time while also having fun with anthems and GIF features! Give the front-line employees to engage more with Ambition i.e. TEAMs integration. Also change a few ways to see all the sales department without training or explaining why now the Sales Development Representative also compete with Regionals and Inbound Sales. Sometimes Ambition can be clunky. For example, often we will do huddles as a group and cover information that we want in their coaching repository. There currently is not a way to add a one off item to a group without it being recurring. This enhancement would be clutch in time management and data entry. It is as user-friendly as it is efficient! I am on Ambition at least 90% of my day - the reporting features are top tier, along with the leaderboards and scorecards. Our organization wouldn't run the same without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I have difficulties with is the coaching module - there are programs and individual check-ins that get confused within my management team on a daily basis.
