You're able to easily check, compare, and track the performance of you and others on the sales team. This helps with transparency across the board and lets you understand who to reach out to if you are in ruts or indeed of some motivational words from peers who are being successful. **What do you dislike about Ambition?** My one dislike would be that it isn't a native integration into our Salesforce instance. A native integration would save me time and let me better understand where I'm at. I know that it's a tab in Salesforce which is nice but letting me know where I'm at all throughout the Salesforce experience without an extra click would be nice. **What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems that we're solving is what metrics (dials, PAs, etc.) seem to correlate with success. As an SDR, getting a quick glance into the workflows of others in terms of volume per metric is helpful. That's honestly been the biggest game changer. Beyond that, I think that competition section is great! The anthems are pretty cool as well. The charts and graphs that display all of my numbers are really fantastic, too. Overall, I would say that Ambition has changed that way in which I do my job, and has improved my performance as a whole. **What do you dislike about Ambition?** The goals sections is kind of stiff, to be honest. I find it difficult sometimes to set a goal up properly in the system, or sometimes it doesn't appear how I would like it to. My only other complaint is the naming of certain statistics can be a little bit less clear, but I'm not sure if that's an Ambition thing or if that's a company-side thing. **Recommendations to others considering Ambition:** Definitely worth it. Being able to see exactly how many dials/opportunities/and over all talk time i have in a day is extremely helpful in knowing how well i do throughout the day. I love how well the user display is and the interactive updates throughout the day funneled down by my leadership team. **What do you dislike about Ambition?** The only downside to ambition is just how accurate it is. If you are having a bad day in the office and maybe you are trying to hide it... your manager might clue in that you have only exerted a minimal effort based on your weekly/monthly efforts reports. **What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?** In sales one thing is obvious - Efforts drive Outcomes. As well, often when you purchase a tool, you worry that post sales process will the service level drop? Not the case at all with Ambition - from the first super personalized prospecting email I received, through working with my sales person, and now with the follow-on support both from the support team and my account manager, I could not speak highly enough about the experience of being an Ambition customer - top notch! **What do you dislike about Ambition?** If I had to call something out, the navigation for the admin side can be a bit clunky in terms of moving back and forth - you have to go through the main nav to go back to the start of each section instead of having a breadcrumb trail to follow **Recommendations to others considering Ambition:** As a Sales leader this is a fantastic tool to help solidify your culture, drive accountability and clarity, and increase output plus have a lot of fun.
