**What do you like best about AmbirScan Pro?**

The only thing about this technology I liked was that it integrated directly into our EMR (Athena).

**What do you dislike about AmbirScan Pro?**

The whole system seemed very archaic and not as intuitive as one might think. We initially bought the tech in the hopes that it would scan insurance cards, read them, and upload the information directly into the patient record. All it did was take a picture.

**Recommendations to others considering AmbirScan Pro:**

I'm sure this technology has other helpful uses, but if you're looking to scan insurance information directly into your EMR, look elsewhere.

**What problems is AmbirScan Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were hoping to solve for the manual process of uploading insurance information, but it did not help us realize this. We ended up returning it and not using it any further.
