What do you like best about amberSearch?
- Look’n’Feel of the solution. Our employees could easily adapt to the solution. No additional training/onboarding is required.
- Technical integration was quite smooth. I was expecting a bigger project as our information is all over the place, however, it worked quite intuitive
- Probably the most important thing for us -> employees are able to find the information they look for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about amberSearch?
There were some edge cases within our search terms that were not directly identified, thus we would appreciate a bit more precision. We are in contact with the team, though and should be able to figure this out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
