**What do you like best about Amberscript?**

The interface is very easy to use. The sales team was very attentive and the price is right

**What do you dislike about Amberscript?**

The team is attentive, the translation into the original language was quick, but the result was not very conclusive. Moreover, I had asked for a human translation for the French and English version. Only the English translation was done by a human. Since there were some mistakes in the French translation, this was reflected in the English version as well.
The tool is good, but could be greatly improved.

**What problems is Amberscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A translation made by a native human in the desired language

The result of the manual transcription was great.

**What do you dislike about Amberscript?**

I had arranged with a responsible person that two interviews should be delivered on a certain day at a certain time. However, neither could be delivered at the desired time.

**What problems is Amberscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The transcription of recorded interviews.
