It's easy to access essential functions without the need to delve into all of them. You can comfortably focus on the most necessary ones or use its whole potential. The customer support is quick and responsive. **What do you dislike about Amberlo?** Some features are difficult to use, and there is a lack of clear explanation on how to use them. **What problems is Amberlo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amberlo makes managing multiple cases a breeze. Efficient legal services tool. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Luis Gerardo T. | ASISTENTE LEGAL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2019 **What do you like best about Amberlo?** Amber is a cloud-based software, has a very attractive design of vibrant colors, is well designed, its interface is very intuitive so it does not require learning curve, despite being a functional program its features are well distributed, therefore the board is not overwhelming or heavily loaded with information, in its performance covers areas such as case management, documents and calendars, in addition to tracking accounts, invoices, expenses and time, which facilitates the administrative management of legal processes of our firm. **What do you dislike about Amberlo?** It is a very good and effective tool, however it is necessary to develop a mobile application to be able to access from anywhere to the files, since if at the last minute it is required the modification of a document or some additional information in the court with the mobile application would be managed. **Recommendations to others considering Amberlo:** Easy to use, effective and at a very affordable price, in addition to functional. **What problems is Amberlo solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has facilitated and optimized various tasks or activities associated with the administrative management of legal processes, from the agenda to invoicing, the latter being noteworthy, this program has excellent accounting functionality, allowing to link bank accounts and deposits are updated immediately invoiced, or when making bank transfers or deposits. Finally the fact that you can link all aspects of your lawyer's office in one central location makes everything very easy in daily operations. Document storage, database, invoicing, expense tracking, template creation and use, email. Everything you need in one place at the touch of a button, all this makes it an extraordinary working tool. ### 6.
