**What do you like best about Amberlo?**

The system combines case management, client management, and billing functions in one place, offering an intuitive interface, easy time tracking, automatic invoicing, and secure data storage compliant with GDPR. It is intuitive and easy to navigate.
I like the automatic notifications that is sent to the clients when they are late with payments.

**What do you dislike about Amberlo?**

What I miss is an integration with a booking system for the clients with a calendar. 
Further, sometimes the system does not allow to register time spend at the court hearing when the entry in the calendar is automatic from the court system. 
What is more, I would love to see the system (colours, etc.) for prioritising of tasks - that would make it easier to indicate to my team what I like them to do first.

All of the above - I manage my legal practice through Amberlo

**What do you like best about Amberlo?**

From the perspective of a small law firm with just a few people, I find the program and its "business logic" suitable. It's not overloaded with features. Breakdowns are quite rare, and customer service usually responds within a few minutes. The program runs fairly smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Amberlo?**

It could be cheaper :) Occasionally, there are some odd bugs – for example, with invoice numbering or certain filters not working correctly

**What problems is Amberlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amberlo is solving several key issues for our small law firm. It provides all the essential features we need without being overloaded with unnecessary functions. The program helps us manage tasks and documents efficiently, while the smooth functionality and rare breakdowns ensure minimal disruption. Additionally, the customer service is responsive, typically replying within minutes. Though we occasionally encounter minor bugs, such as issues with invoice numbering or filters, the program overall makes our work much more streamlined.

Moreover, it’s supporting collaboration within our team, though we believe there could be more advanced collaboration features for working on tasks together. All in all, Amberlo is saving us time and improving our workflow.

**What do you like best about Amberlo?**

Intuitive and simple operation, accessible to everyone. Good after-sales service.

**What do you dislike about Amberlo?**

There are a few issues that would require improvement. When issuing an invoice, you cannot enter the gross amount for the program to calculate the net amount by itself.

**What problems is Amberlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy management of tasks, time, and team members. Easy invoicing.

I recommend Amberlo to lawyers because it's very useful in lawyer's work. Program makes it easier to conduct cases and settle accounts.

Unintuitive connection of tasks and activities.

**What do you like best about Amberlo?**

For traveling attorneys and support staff this program makes it extremely easy to enable you to store your matters and documents into its database and access it anytime and anywhere with a secure internet connection. I also enjoy the time tracking feature which makes it easier for me to see exactly how many billable hours I have for specific matters and clients.

**What do you dislike about Amberlo?**

I honestly don't dislike anything about this program.

**Recommendations to others considering Amberlo:**

This software is extremely useful for use amongst attorneys and support staff.

**What problems is Amberlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifies timesheet processes, organization and search functions, contract management, reporting, etc.
