What I like the most is its ease of use and the simplicity of implementation. As soon as I started using it, I found the interface very intuitive, which allowed me to get started quickly without wasting time figuring out how to do things. Everything is well-structured, making the experience pleasant and smooth. What is really useful is the ability to easily share interesting content with the audience. Thanks to Ambassify, I can easily access resources and campaigns, allowing me to engage quickly and effectively. The platform also tracks the impact of our actions, which allows us to see concretely the impact of our contributions. One of the other points I want to highlight is the customer support. I had a few questions at the beginning, and each time, the support team was quick and responsive, which allowed me to continue without frustration. Topics such as safety around railway crossings, new telephone panic number, video's of nearly accidents, etc.. wich sensitize people, can easily be shared. The other upside is that you even get a reward for sharing. Another positive, not all topics have to be serious.. many new posts are just a lot of fun (posting a funny picture, talking about special anecdotes,..) **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** For me personally, the app doesn't always work smoothly. The login system can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. Also, sometimes it feels like a month goes by without any new topics.. yet the next month there's a new topic every week. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's just an easy way to keep the employees informed. When an activity consists of posting a message on social media, it correctly does so. It is also easy to get an overview of past activities. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** Nothing. As a user, there is nothing that I dislike about the Ambassify software system. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Within Infrabel, we use Ambassify in order to create a community of 'ambassadors', who make publicity for our company, within the company and also to external people. For instance, the administrators of the programme send us each week a request to post a PR or publicity message on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram,... Or ask us to take part in a company video, or visit a job fair to make publicity for working in our company. Directly, this project benefits me personally because for each activity that we take part in, we gain 'points' with which we can receive a gift after a while.
