Before transitioning, we struggled with a platform that was difficult for affiliates to navigate, leading to inefficiencies and lower engagement. Ambassador's user-friendly interface has significantly improved our affiliates' ability to access resources, track performance, and optimize their efforts, which in turn has boosted overall program success. Additionally, the custom functionalities developed by the Ambassador team have addressed specific needs we had, making it easier for us to manage campaigns, automate workflows, and track key metrics. This level of customization has saved us time, reduced manual errors, and allowed us to focus more on strategic growth rather than operational headaches.
