If you use WorkMail with a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird, I think it will be fine for you. At this time, I've never had any problems using Mozilla Thunderbird, and it syncs fast. Configuration was not a big problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Amazon WorkMail? The web client is far behind others like Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, etc. For me, it's like it was from a decade ago. External email images often do not load (when using a desktop client, it is Ok). In general, the web client seems slow and does not offer an easy way to accomplish anything. Managing contacts in the Address Book is not intuitive, and drag and drop sometimes do not work as expected. There is no "Archive" button like in other email clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Amazon WorkMail: If you plan to use the email client, consider Fast Mail, Gmail for business, or Outlook.
