**What do you like best about Amazon WorkDocs?**

Upload is fine. When trying to download large files from folders, it times out and files to download. Very risky. I had some 50 folders with too many sub-folders and sub-sub folders....and

**What do you dislike about Amazon WorkDocs?**

Reliability is in question.  Not trustable

Dont use

**What do you like best about Amazon WorkDocs?**

Allows us to share files from mobile to other users on desktop

**What do you dislike about Amazon WorkDocs?**

It's slow in a lot of places. Half of our office has had trouble downloading onto desktop

Sending files between mobile and desktop

**What do you like best about Amazon WorkDocs?**

I like that that everyone in our company can access files in one central location.  It is accessible via the web which is helpful as several of us work remotely.

**What do you dislike about Amazon WorkDocs?**

I dislike that some of the invoices can take a long time to upload.  Also, it is not very clear how to share documents with other people.  Do I do it via email or via the website?

**Recommendations to others considering Amazon WorkDocs:**

Figure out the foldering system beforehand.

**What problems is Amazon WorkDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, many of us work remotely, and we're able to access the files that we need from home.
